Lesa Ann Shearer

Lesa Ann Shearer, 56, of Raymond, Kansas, passed away January 28, 2026, at her home. She was born March 24, 1969, in Florida, the daughter of Harold Lee and Martha Jane (Dean) Shearer. Lesa has resided in Raymond since 2020, formerly of Geneseo, Kansas. She was a dental assistant for many years. Lesa attended the Raymond Baptist Church and was a member of the Raymond City Council. She enjoyed farm animals, guns, hunting, and most of all spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Lesa is survived by her three children, Amanda Vaughn and husband David of FL, Brittany Gray of Ellsworth, KS, and Sierra Hoffmann and husband Andrew of Houston, TX; brother, Christopher Robert Shearer of FL; seven grandchildren, Johnlee, Jasper, Aurora, Alick, Owen, Edith, Mabel; and great-niece, Lakelynn Kapri. Lesa is preceded in death by her parents; and granddaughter, Serena Simon. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Raymond Baptist Church, Raymond, Kansas, with Pastor Matt Hendricks officiating. Memorials may be given to Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons to help with funeral expenses.
